Whole30 Approved Korean Beef Bowl
The best thing for me about fall approaching is the food. In the summer, it gets hot outside. And it can be a butt-kicker sometimes to find recipes that aren't so heavy that they'll make you sick in the heat. Salads are great, but sometimes we need a little something extra to, well, beef them up. The change in seasons couldn't be more perfect for this recipe for a Whole30 Approved Korean Beef Bowl. Now, this bowl isn't a salad by any means, but feel free to beef (I'm sorry, last time I swear) up this recipe with a handful per serving of your favorite Whole30-friendly greens.
Now, just a note about this recipe. It calls for sesame oil, and while seed oils are technically banned on Whole30, sesame oil is not, but the Whole30 Gods would like you to limit your use of it as much as possible. So just keep that in mind and go easy on it, will ya? Enjoy the recipe!
