Let's be honest. Bread is a fun part of every meal. That is, of course, unless you are gluten-sensitive, paleo, or low-carb. Thankfully, this gluten-free, paleo dinner rolls exist to keep our dinners interesting!
What You'll Need
1 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup avocado oil
1/2 cup warm water
1/3 cup coconut flour
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1 large egg
What You'll Do
Whisk tapioca flour, avocado oil, warm water, coconut flour, and sea salt.
Whisk egg separately and add to flour mixture.
Whisk all together and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
