5 Powerful Autoimmune Drinks You Need in Your Life
FIRST: ARE YOU SKIPPING BREAKFAST?
Skipping breakfast is the#1 worst idea ever! It is self-sabotage and is sureto bring you weight gain and moodiness. Breakfast is the most important
meal of the day. Here are the top 5 reasons that make breakfast so
important.
1. You have been fasting all night, so your body needs fuel for
energy.
2. Your blood sugar is low when you wake up in the morning. Low
blood sugar = Low brainpower.
3. Skipping breakfast leads you to overeat or over-snack on fattening
high-carb foods.
4. Eating a high fat (healthy fats only) and high protein breakfast will
turn on your fat-burning for the rest of the day.
5. Breakfast will stabilize your blood sugar for the rest of the day, so
you won’t be moody and crabby.

Paleo Tropical Sunrise Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup coconut cream
3/4 cup frozen pineapple
1-2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
Directions:
Blend the frozen ingredients and orange juice until smooth. Add in the coconut cream and Collagen Peptides and pulse the blender to desired consistency. If the smoothie is too runny, try adding a few ice cubes or more fruit. If the protein is too thick, add a little bit of water. I like to try fun variations on this smoothie with other red and orange fruits. If you're looking for a slightly less sweet taste, add the flesh from a grapefruit plus the juice in place of the banana.
